Ground Turkey Zucchini and Squash
Ground turkey zucchini and squash skillet recipe
Ingredients
Ground turkey
Two yellow squash
One zucchini
One white onion
Can of died tomatoes or Rotel can
Shredded Parmesan cheese or better get block of Swiss and shred it
Olive oil
Cut squash and zucchini into bite sized pieces. Cut about a 1/3 of the onion into bite sized pieces. Add olive oil to large pot
Cook the cut pieces in the pot add seasoning: pepper. Garlic powder. Cook down
Take ground turkey and put it on paper plate. Cut into pieces. This makes it easier to brown.
Make a circle in the pot then put the ground turkey in the circle. As it cooks on one side add these seasonings
Pepper
Turmeric
Ms dash no salt
Red pepper flakes small amount
Ranch dressing
Smoked paprika
Dash of low sodium soy
Break meat up/flip and continue to cook
Drain tomatoes and add once turkey is cooked
Let that cook then add cheese at a time and stir. Add more cheese
🍲 Ground Turkey with Zucchini & Squash
Ingredients
• Ground turkey
• 2 yellow squash
• 1 zucchini
• 1/3 white onion
• 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
• Shredded Parmesan cheese
• Olive oil
Seasonings
• Pepper
• Garlic powder
• Turmeric
• Ms. Dash (no salt)
• Red pepper flakes (small amount)
• Smoked paprika
• Dash of low sodium soy sauce
• Small drizzle of ranch dressing

Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped squash, zucchini, and onion. Season with pepper and garlic powder. Cook until softened.
3. Push vegetables to the sides to create a space in the center.
4. Add ground turkey (pre-broken into chunks for easier browning).
5. Season the turkey as it cooks with turmeric, Ms. Dash, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and a small drizzle of ranch.
6. Flip and break up the turkey, cooking until fully browned.
7. Add drained diced tomatoes and let everything simmer together.
8. Stir in shredded Parmesan cheese gradually until melted and creamy.
